It was a busy week for the staff and students of Buckholts ISD with all the homecoming activities.

The Varsity Lady Badgers had a volleyball game Saturday (10/01/16) afternoon before the homecoming football game. Game images here > > Varsity Volleyball
Then, Saturday evening, it was time for the homecoming football game and pageantry.
The ladies of the Homecoming Court were stylishly attired.
Senior Megan Lopez was crowned Homecoming Queen at half time, escorted by Samuel Munoz.
The Varsity Badgers hosted the Crusaders from Round Rock Christian Academy. The teams traded touchdowns for most of the game. The Badgers offense racked up 493 total yards, 276 passing (17 of 22 attempts), 217 yards rushing, with one interception and one fumble. Buckholts' defense resulted in two interceptions and 34 tackles. At the final buzzer, it was RRCA - 65 and Buckholts - 59. As you view the game photos, you may want to pay attention to Badger facemasks, just sayin' . . .
